🏮 Human Body Sensor LED Lamp – Full Description
Overview
A Human Body Sensor LED Lamp (also known as a motion sensor light or PIR sensor LED lamp) is an intelligent lighting device that automatically turns on when it detects human movement and turns off after a set time when no motion is detected. It combines energy efficiency, smart automation, and convenience, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor use.
Working Principle
The lamp is equipped with a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor that detects infrared radiation emitted by the human body. When a person enters the sensor’s detection range, the lamp automatically turns ON.
After the person leaves and no motion is detected for a pre-set duration, the lamp turns OFF automatically.
Basic Operation Flow:
-
PIR sensor detects human motion via infrared heat changes.
-
Signal is sent to the control circuit.
-
The control circuit activates the LED light.
-
After no motion is detected for a set delay (e.g., 15–30 seconds), the light turns off.
Key Features
-
Automatic On/Off: Turns on when motion is detected and off when the area is unoccupied.
-
Energy Saving: LEDs consume very little power and only operate when needed.
-
High Sensitivity: Detects movement within a defined radius (typically 3–6 meters).
-
Smart Light Control: Some models include a light sensor, preventing activation in daylight.
-
Wide Angle Detection: Usually around 120–180° coverage area.
-
Compact Design: Fits standard bulb sockets (E27, B22, etc.) or built-in lamp housings.
-
Long Lifespan: High-quality LEDs last 25,000–50,000 hours.
-
Easy Installation: No special wiring needed – plug-and-play or mount on wall/ceiling.
-
Variety of Power Ratings: Common wattages include 5W, 7W, 9W, 12W, 15W, or 18W.
-
Adjustable Timer & Sensitivity (optional): Allows users to customize delay time and detection distance.

Installation Instructions (Bulb Type)
-
Turn off the power supply.
-
Screw the sensor LED bulb into a compatible socket (E27 or B22).
-
Adjust sensor angle or settings (if adjustable).
-
Restore power and test operation.
-
The light should automatically turn on when motion is detected in darkness.
Maintenance Tips
-
Avoid installing near heat sources or air vents (can cause false triggers).
-
Keep sensor surface clean from dust and dirt.
-
Ensure the detection range is unobstructed.
